延續 ASU 的教學基石 (Continuing the ASU Pedagogical Foundation)

It was a distinct privilege to welcome Alexis Keller, an Educational Consultant and EMI Advisor and Teacher Trainer at Fulbright Taiwan (Foundation for Scholarly Exchange), alongside Christopher, for a comprehensive English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) classroom observation of my Beginning Strength and Conditioning course.

This experience served as a profound continuation of the pedagogical foundation I developed during the Fulbright Taiwan EMI Overseas Professional Training Workshop at Arizona State University. The immersive strategies acquired at ASU have been instrumental in shaping my bilingual teaching framework, and having Alexis—with her extensive background in teacher training—and Christopher here to evaluate its practical application was incredibly rewarding.

實務教學動態的深度檢視 (Evaluating Instructional Dynamics in Action)

Their nuanced feedback provided a crucial lens through which to assess the efficacy of several core pedagogical mechanics:

  • Pre-distributing instructional materials
  • Strategically positioning the instructor for optimal student engagement
  • Configuring effective group dynamics
  • Orchestrating a seamless instructional flow

Their collaborative presence not only validated the rigorous communicative strategies required in higher education physical instruction but also catalyzed a deeply constructive dialogue on fostering an inclusive yet academically demanding environment.

結語與致謝 (Conclusion and Acknowledgements)

I am immensely grateful for their dedicated mentorship and the actionable insights they shared, which will undoubtedly elevate the caliber of my future lectures and practical coaching demonstrations.
