Abstract
It was a profound experience to attend the seminar on the ‘Frame Control’ delivered by Dr. Johanson (Coach J.). The session provided a transformative lens through which to view social interactions and professional influence. A key highlight was the mastery of ‘Frame Control’—understanding how underlying assumptions govern daily dialogue and learning to maintain a composed, dominant ‘judge’ position through amplicative responses and strategic silence. For a doctoral researcher and content creator, these insights into social dynamics and the ‘3-second wait time’ rule are invaluable tools for moving from impulsive reaction to intentional presence. Coach J.’s expertise in mirroring and active listening serves as a masterclass in building rapport and navigating complex social cultures.
