In this seminar, Ying-Chu Chen shared the recent research work of effects of acute blood flow restriction exercise on cognitive function. He investigated the current research of blood flow restriction on cognitive function.

Ying-Chu Chen has received his Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Sinology Studies at National Taiwan Normal University in 2011, and he completed another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Exercise and Health Sciences at the University of Taipei in 2021. In 2022, he is the PhD student in Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at National Taiwan Normal University. In addition, he is also the NSCA distinguished certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS*D), ACSM certified exercise physiologist and certified clinical exercise physiologist (ACSM-EP-C & ACSM-CEP) & certified personal trainer (CPT).
