Abstract
高教授以『Brain and cognition in response to cognitively engaging exercise』為題,深入探討了具備認知挑戰性的運動如何影響大腦功能與認知表現。
It was an extraordinary privilege to attend the special lecture delivered by Professor Shih-Chun Kao, an Associate Professor from the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Purdue University. Titled ‘Brain and cognition in response to cognitively engaging exercise,’ the presentation offered a sophisticated exploration of how cognitively demanding physical activities modulate brain function and cognitive outcomes. The lecture bridged fundamental neurobiological mechanisms with complex experimental methodologies. For a doctoral researcher like myself, focused on the intersection of exercise and cognitive science, this session was not merely an educational experience but a profound intellectual awakening that significantly refined my vision for future scholarly inquiries.
